Exam News 2019

In the 2019 Royal Academy Vocational Exams in Wellington all those entered in both the May and September sessions gained Distinction. Levels taken were Intermediate and Advanced One.

Another happy and very successful BBO Exam session was held in November! Students entered from Grade One to Advanced One and all received Distinction again!

All ten students, aged 7 to 15 , entered to perform classical solos and variations, received Gold Medals for the BBO Dance Awards.

Exam News 2016

As is the policy at Ballet Arts Nelson,  all students enrolled were entered in the annual BBO exam session with an international examiner. All students gained Distinction from Grade One through to Advanced One. Ten students aged 7 to 15 performed at Dance Awards held in conjunction each year with the exam session, and all ten were awarded gold medals.
Students also entered the RD Advanced One level at the NZ School of Dance Wellington being awarded both Distinction and Merit results.
